Our Operation and Underwriting teams have “Can Do?attitudes. We find ways to make good loans and provide training and support for all team members. Our processing, underwriting, and closing platform is fast and efficient. Processing, closing and funding are done in the branch. Normal underwriting turn time is less than 24 hours and never more than 48 hours.
We are privately held and have a solid financial statement. We are not subject to stock market fluctuations, speculations and rumors. This allows us to focus further into the future without strategic focus on quarterly reporting.
Wallick & Volk has survived and thrived through 76 years of the best and worst financial cycles in our country’s history. Our leadership has managed our finances and our vision conservatively.
